Stoked: The Rise and Fall of Gator opens today on the West Coast and in other cities over the next few weeks. It tells the story about prodigy pro skater Mark "Gator" Rogowski and how he spoiled it by committing a crime which sent him to jail for 31 years to life. "Stoked" is a true story about what sudden fame and wealth can do to a kid and what happens when the hype passes you over for someone else.

Ambition Withdraw is all about The Unsatisfied's struggle to Rock our asses off over the last 15+ years... Being a big fan of The Unsatisfied already I can now say I'm an even bigger fan after viewing Ambition Withdraw. The words that stick in my mind after seeing it are "PASSION" - "TRUE" -and of course "ROCK & ROLL". This band has a passion for what they do that is very hard to find anymore even in local clubs that are usually oozing local talent who are eager to go to the next level. The Unsatisfied embody the very reason I am passionate about Rock & Roll. Gut level rock that sticks to yer brain afterwards. Watch this movie and get a new perspective on the struggle that this band have endured over the years and continue to do so with the same passion that jump started The Unsatisfied in the beginning. The movie gives you an idea of the magic they make everytime they hit the stage and the misery they sometimes go through off the stage. These guys are true Rock & Roll Motherfuckers from the git go. Jack Grisham is running for gov. of CA....
Go figure...the lead singer of TSOL, vet punk rockers from CA is
running for governor of California. Didn't he once chant FUCK THE
GOVERMENT FUCK THE GOVERMENT (repeat to yourself a few more times for
effect) onstage? Grisham is for legalizing and taxing both marijuana
and prostitution, and supports full amnesty for undocumented aliens.
On that note....I say VOTE FOR GRISHAM
Wesley Willis: 350 Pound Schizophrenic Lyrical Messiah dies from leukemia... Wesley was diagnosed with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) at the end of 2002, and had to undergo emergency surgery on June 2nd to identify the source of, and to suppress internal bleeding. It is not clear if this bleeding was related to his leukemia or not, and the exact cause of death is still unknown. Wesley had been recovering at a Hospice in Illinois, and since the surgery his health had deteriorated rapidly.

He tells it like he see's it as usual with some Kelly Osbourne and Avril Lavine bashing thrown in for good measure.After reading the interview I was reminded once again who the true king of punk rock is. Accept no subtitute. Ya may as well check out what Kelly's fans have to say about the interview.....its funny as hell actually but will for sure get anyone in the know of what is what a good headshakin' response.

Evil Jim as he's known around the music cirlce of Atlanta has started a record label called Evil Jim's Records for friends and his own bands to release their music. Evil Jim has this to say on the official website...."I want to start a means for not only me, but also my friends to have an easy, no bullshit, way of releasing their music, showing their talents, and create a network that all of us can use. Perry Ferrells awesome concert ideas has gone bad. The first couple of ones had to of been good
but the latest incarnation is a teenie boppers dream cum true and a rockers dream
gone bad. The only band that is worthy of a good review would be Queens of the Stone Age.
