Tonight we are going to see Hank 3 at the Masquerade...... My buddy bought me and Miss Chicky tickets to see Hank3 tonight. First time we have seen him but according to the Twisted Metal mastermind, we won't be disappointed.

Refunds Headed to Millions of Music Buyers....
Millions of U.S. music fans will soon begin receiving refund checks as
part of a $144 million settlement of a price-fixing lawsuit against
five distributors and three retailers.
Checks for $13.86 each were mailed Friday to about 3.5 million
consumers who bought CDs, vinyl records or cassettes between 1995 and
2000 and filed refund claims by last March. [more inside]

Guns & Roses - Live! Like a Fuckin' Suicide....a very rare record that I first found when visiting a relative in LA at the infamous Tower Records on Sunset Blvd. in the "Local Artists" section of the store. Guns and Roses were still playing in clubs and had put this EP out on their own label "Uzi Suicide" before they got signed to Geffen. My copy got wet and ruined in a basement flood. [more inside]
