Orange county band ‘SUPERNOVA” has filed for a preliminary injunction in a San Diego court today to prevent the band ’supernova’ with tommy lee to either change the name or add a moniker to the name before the band performs.

Recently Billy Bragg objected to myspace.com’s clause in the fine print that said
